Week 49: The Dedicated Leader

A lot of the people at my company are smart, dedicated and hard working. There's one person in particular who is a standout. She was promoted not that long ago, and she has been putting in long hours working to lead her group through a time of challenge and change.

This woman has been working diligently to make a positive impact, to help her team and the company overall. Whenever I need her, to discuss a project or resolve an issue, she is available and helpful.

I know she has been putting in long hours, but she doesn't complain about it or even point it out to people. She just does what's necessary, with professionalism and with a smile.

It's great to know there is someone I can count on to roll up her sleeves and do whatever is necessary. I am so grateful that she is on the team.
