Week 33: The Super-Smarty

I work with a lot of very smart people. There is one guy in particular who stands out as particularly intelligent. Lucky me, we've been working on a project together.

This guy is so smart, and he loves digging into the data and discussing how we analyze it. He likes to try different approaches, looking at the numbers from multiple angles, to ensure that we have the best design possible.

One of the reasons I like working with him so much is because he treats everyone like their opinions and ideas are just as valuable as his. He answers questions clearly and professionally, without jargon or condescension.

He's simultaneously super-smart and a regular guy who is fun and interesting to work with. I'm so appreciative that we're on this project together. We both want it to finish up soon...but a piece of me would be happy if it took a little longer than planned!
