Feb 2020: Black History Month Leaders

This year, my company's Inclusion & Diversity Steering Committee agreed that we needed to do more to recognize Black History Month. But what exactly should we do?

That's when a group of individuals came up with an idea to ensure that black history was recognized all month long, and across every office in the US and Canada.

This is no small feat. The group planned various messages, discussion groups and activities to engage employees and encourage them to share and learn.

Their leadership, passion and commitment made the entire month special, which was a major step up from last year!
