2021: Note 4 -- The iPhone House Call

I needed a new mobile phone. Mine was fairly old and wasn't keeping a charge for long, basically defeating the purpose of being mobile.
But Covid was raging in my area and I didn't feel comfortable going to the store, especially since setting up a new phone always seems to take longer than I expect. What I didn't know is that my phone carrier offered house calls, where an expert -- masked and socially distanced -- would come to your home and take care of everything in person.
This was a great experience, and no extra charge! I had an expert who patiently set up everything and made sure my questions were answered and all my work apps and security processes were in place.
Everything worked perfectly and I love my phone! It's thanks to this traveling expert that it went so smoothly.
